Marcos halts higher fines for illegal parking

(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday ordered the Metro Manila Council (MMC) to stop the imposition of higher penalties for illegally parked vehicles.

The President said he wants to prioritize discipline over penalties.
