Peso dips, but PSEi gains anew
The currency weakened by 4 centavos to P57.55 against the dollar, while the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) closed 65.95 points, or 1.01 percent, higher at 6,572.75.
The broader All Shares index likewise advanced, adding 16.56 points, or 0.48 percent, to 3,463.46.
