AS the Habitat exhibit opens to the public, various pieces are displayed on the walls while a combination of mixed media and installation serves as its centerpiece.

An excerpt from the exhibit's note says, 'Derived from the Latin word 'habitare,' which means 'it inhabits,' habitat refers to the natural environment in which an organism or a population normally resides.'
