BACOLOD CITY: A third-year veterinary medicine student was crowned as the 2024 Lin-ay Sang Negros during the 28th Panaad sa Negros Festival at the packed Panaad Park and Stadium here on Friday, April 19.
Kyla Rose Romarate of Victorias City, Negros Occidental, bested 28 other candidates representing their respective local government units.
