MANILA, Philippines: The heat index in Camarines Sur is seen to soar to 45 degrees Celsius, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Monday.
The National Capital Region will have a slightly lower heat index of 41 to 42 degrees Celsius.
