CALAPAN CITY: Because of the counterproposal of the governor of Oriental Mindoro, the much-anticipated conversion of the provincial government-run hospital into a Department of Health (DoH)-run regional hospital would be delayed as it would take a tedious process before its approval.
Oriental Mindoro 1st District Rep. Arnan Panaligan in an interview with radio program "Hagupit ng Dos por Dos sa Radyo" aired over DWXR 101.7 Kalahi-FM on Saturday said that although his office finds merits in Gov. Humerlito Dolor's proposal, the requested conversion would still be delayed.
