(UPDATE) WASHINGTON, D.C.: The chief of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) said Thursday that Ukraine could lose the war to arch-enemy Russia by the end of this year unless it receives more military aid from the United States.
The warning issued by Bill Burns came as the US House of Representatives is set to vote Saturday on a $61 billion aid package for Ukraine that has been stalled for months by Republican lawmakers allied with Donald Trump.
