THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley), Cagayan State University (CSU) and the Central Isabela Agri Manufacturing Corp. (CIAMC) have signed a Technology Licensing Agreement (TLA) that will determine the terms and conditions necessary to proceed with the commercialization of e-trike.

DoST Region 2 Director Virginia Bilgera said the TLA signing is a response to mounting environmental concerns and the escalating cost of living. The agreement will also cover the e-trike's project design, development, fabrication of the different parts and assembly.
