Thompson saves the day as Ginebra nips fighting TNT

Ace playmaker Scottie Thompson buried what proved to be the game-clinching triple inside the final minute to lift Barangay Ginebra to a pulsating 87-83 triumph over TNT in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City on Friday, April 19, 2024.

The 30-year-old Thompson showed ice in his veins by burying the triple to save the Gin Kings from collapse after blowing a 21-point lead early in the second period.
