Ali Sotto has been named the new co-anchor of NET25's evening news program, "Mata ng Agila Primetime." A veteran in the broadcasting industry, Sotto will share duties with the program's mainstay anchor, journalism stalwart Alex Santos.
Sotto, who made a name for herself in Philippine entertainment, is one of the few to successfully transition into the competitive news and public affairs arena. As an anchor and host, she has led numerous high-profile news coverages, featured countless human interest stories, and covered multiple presidential elections through various television and radio news and public affairs programs, including NET25's popular morning show, "ASPN: Ano Sa Palagay N'yo?"
