Ginebra's Jamie Malonzo to miss 6-8 weeks
Coach Tim Cone's worst fear became a reality on Wednesday as Barangay Ginebra's high-flying wingman Jamie Malonzo was diagnosed with a calf tear and is expected to be out for at least two months.
'Initial prognosis is calf tear, 6-8 weeks before he can return to the lineup,' Cone told the Manila Times after results of Malonzo's MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan came out.
