Plotting a third force win

REGIME change is ripe in the Philippines. This is so, not because a plot to overthrow the present regime exists. The fact remains that a decent opposition has yet to surface publicly. Being ripe for regime change means that the national sentiment of the people to replace the present regime before its mandated term expires is steadily rising.
