GSIS buys 8.2% of Robinsons Land REIT

STATE-RUN Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has acquired a significant stake in RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR), the real estate investment trust of Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp.

The state-owned pension fund now owns approximately 877.4 million common shares of RCR, or 8.18 percent of the company's total outstanding common shares, the real estate firm said in a filing on Tuesday.
