BACOLOD CITY: The Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) promised to minimize lengthy brownouts in Bacolod City.
Arnel Lapore, acting general manager of Ceneco, made the commitment after meeting with the acting mayor, Councilor Israel Salanga, over the latter's concern over the nearly five hour power interruption that hit the city on Thursday, April 11.
