'New LGU work hours will ease NCR traffic'

THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Metro Manila Council (MMC) were one in saying that the new working hours for local government units (LGUs) will not affect government services.

Instead of the usual 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the new working hours will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in order to help ease traffic congestion in Metro Manila.
