Easterlies continue to affect PH—Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines: Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa said the easterlies or warm winds blowing from the Pacific Ocean were causing the weather conditions across the country.
