INFRASTRUCTURE gaps continue to pose a significant challenge for the country, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) said, reflecting the country's low global ranking as an investment destination.
Despite relatively strong economic growth, the Manila-based lender said that the Philippines when it comes to attracting investments still lags behind its neighbors.
