SKorea's Yoon, ruling party reel from election debacle

(UPDATE) SEOUL: South Korea's President Yoon Suk Yeol promised 'reform' and the head of his ruling People Power Party (PPP) resigned on Thursday after a disastrous election increased the opposition's control of the legislature.

In addition to PPP leader Han Dong-hoon, Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and a string of senior aides also offered to step down, local media reported.
