IN a glowing display of beauty, talent and advocacy, Malabon City's finest youth took center stage at the sashing ceremony and press presentation for Ginoo at Binibining Malabon 2024 at Fishermall Malabon on March 22.
The event was hosted by Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and the Malabon City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (CTCAO) and introduced the 42 official candidates representing their respective barangay.
