MARIANO Marcos State University (MMSU) and National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) in Region 1 (Ilocos Region) signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to strengthen safe spaces on the campus for the welfare of the studenttry and the community.
Adrianne Lorenzo Corpuz of MMSU Strategic Communication Office, said the agreement anchored on the theme "Fostering Dialogue, and Linking Partnership for Equitable and Inclusive Safe Spaces in MMSU," is based on Executive Order 608 entailing the establishment of a national security clearance system.
