THE Central Luzon State University (CLSU) will establish a technology village development program in Guimba, Nueva Ecija to assist farmers not only in uplifting their economic life but in becoming more adept and knowledgeable in the use of technologies in farming.
Donatelo Gabor of the CLSU Strategic Communication office said the project was sealed in a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between CLSU President Evaristo Abella and the Extension Program Office under the leadership of Vice President for Research and Extension Edgar Orden.
