PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday turned over housing units to 216 informal settler families in Balanga, Bataan, as part of the government's continuous efforts to provide proper homes for Filipinos.
In his speech, Marcos acknowledged the dangers that the beneficiaries have faced for years while living along the Talisay River, which was identified as a hazard zone.
