MANILA, Philippines: Parts of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 a.m. forecast on Saturday.
According to Pagasa, Davao Region, Soccsksargen, Zamboanga del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi eill have "possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains."
