Bong Quinto takes charge as Meralco nips Terrafirma
MANILA, Philippines: Veteran guard Bong Quinto took charge when the game mattered most as Meralco subdued a shell shocked Terrafirma side, 86-83 in the PBA Philippine Cup on Wednesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Quinto scored six of the Bolts' last seven points, en route to finishing with 18 points as Meralco pulled even at 3-3, now the similar record of its victim.
