AN inmate and a table games inventor said that his creations could benefit persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).

Clarence Astudillo, a 57-year-old former architect convicted for murder, has requested Bureau of Correction Director General Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr. for permission to open a shop inside the NBP, where his fellow inmates could manufacture the games he invented.
