FOUR companies have submitted their respective bids for the online voting and counting system (OVCS), which the Commission on Elections (Comelec) will use for the first time online voting of overseas Filipinos in the 2025 midterm polls.
The Comelec's Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC) conducted Tuesday the second round of bidding, now with four bidders, doubling the number in the first round.
