BAGUIO CITY: The local chief executive has been authorized to enter into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the city government of Olongapo, represented by its mayor, Rolen Paulino Jr., to establish a partnership for the promotion of domestic tourism known as the tourist exchange program.

Under Resolution 161, series of 2024, local legislators said that welcoming the possibility for long-term alliance, both cities have initiated discussions and shall engage in a program that encourages strong collaboration among government officials, employees and stakeholders.
