MANILA, Philippines: A recent Pulse Asia survey reveals a statistical tie between Sen. Rafael "Raffy" Tulfo and Vice President Sara "Inday" Duterte as potential presidential candidates for the 2028 elections.
The survey from March 6 to 10 indicates that Tulfo leads by a single point within the survey's margin of error, garnering 35 percent of support. Duterte, previously considered a frontrunner, trails closely with 34 percent.
