MANILA, Philippines: The rich are getting richer in the Philippines, with property mogul Manuel "Manny" Villar continuing to sit on top of the country's billionaire list, Forbes said on Tuesday.
Villar, who heads property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes, increased his net worth to $11 billion from $8.6 billion last year, which placed him first in the Philippines and 190th globally in Forbes' World Billionaires List for 2024.
