Rosegie Ramos qualifies for Paris Olympics

MANILA, Philippines: Filipino weightlifter Rosegie Ramos punched her ticket to the Paris Olympics after staying inside the top 10 of the women's 49kg class rankings after seven qualifying tournaments.

The last of those qualifiers was the 2024 International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) World Cup where Ramos topped Group B with a total lift of 190kg — 87 in the snatch and 103 in the clean and jerk on Monday, April 1.
