PH pockets silver in IIHF Women's Cup

(UPDATE) THE Philippine women's national ice hockey team will settle for a silver medal at the 2024 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) Women's Asia and Oceania Cup Division 1, after losing to Iran 4-0 in the final game of the tournament on Saturday.

Iranian goaltender Arezou Izadi recorded a shutout, stopping all three shots of the Philippine team, as they were outshot thanks to Iran's 38.
