Ferdinand Topacio said over the weekend this is contrary to the claims by government officials that they are just waiting for a Timorese court to decide on the request of the Philippines for the custody of Teves, who is the prime suspect in the killing of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo in March 2023.
