MANILA, Philippines: Two weather systems – the easterlies and high pressure area (HPA) - are expected to bring warmer and more humid weather in the coming days, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
Weather specialist Robert Badrina said the ridge or the extension of HPA is particularly affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon.
