THE Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (Opapru) has reported that 26,132 members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) have been decommissioned, together with 4,625 organization-owned weapons as it moves to harmonize plans and activities for the amnesty application of the former combatants.
