NHCP, Batangas commemorate Apacible's 75th death anniversary

TOGETHER with the Municipal Government of Balayan, Batangas and the Batangas History Society, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) commemorated the 75th death anniversary of Galicano Apacible at Plaza Rizal in Balayan, Batangas last March 22, 2024.

Flowers were offered by the Municipal Government of Batangas, the NHCP, the Batangas History Society and the descendants of Galicano Apacible. The welcome remarks were given by Municipal Vice Mayor Efren Chavez, followed by a message from NHCP Executive Director Carminda Arevalo.
