MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Sunday urged the public to limit outdoor activities especially during noontime until mid-afternoon as temperatures are expected to climb.

Weather specialist Grace Castaneda attributed the humid and warm weather to the easterlies.
