EIGHT individuals pretending to be officials of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) were arrested by National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents in an entrapment operation in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday.
An initial report said the suspects, including one who introduced herself as an undersecretary of the DBM, promised the complainant P1.3 billion worth of government projects for a certain amount of "grease money."
