Rules in claiming deceased Saudi OFW benefits issued

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has issued guidelines to help the widows, heirs, and family members of deceased overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who were employed by Saudi Arabian companies that had gone bankrupt in 2015 and 2016.

In the Advisory No. 5 Series of 2024, released on March 26, the steps for processing and cashing checks for the beneficiaries of deceased Saudi OFW claimants were outlined.
