BFP to inspect health facilities for fire safety

The Task Force El Nino on Monday directed the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) to inspect and make sure that all public healthcare facilities are safe from fire.

In a meeting, Task Force Chairperson and Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. said the BFP 'must ensure a safe environment for everyone, especially those seeking healthcare services and of the medical, healthcare service, and related professionals and workers.'
