MANILA, Philippines: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) suspended the implementation of the number coding scheme from March 27 to 29, 2024.
It said that this will give the riding public and motorists the opportunity to use their vehicles and have more cars for commuters during Holy Week.
