MANILA, Philippines: Passenger volume at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) has begun to climb.
Figures released by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Monday showed that on Palm Sunday, international passenger arrivals numbered 28,283, and passenger departures 37,339.
