(UPDATE) ENVOYS from the European Union, Australia, France, Japan and the United States called out China for its "dangerous actions" against Philippine vessels in the South China Sea after three Filipino servicemen were reported injured when their boat was blasted by Chinese water cannons on Saturday, March 23.

The Unaizah May 4 (UM4), carrying supplies for Filipino troops at the Ayungin Shoal, was hit by water cannons from two China Coast Guard (CCG) ships, sustaining "heavy damage," the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Saturday. Three servicemen on the boat were injured.
