MANILA, Philippines: A complaint has been filed before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Camarines Sur in connection with the brutal killing of pet dog Killua.
Vina Rachelle Arazas, the dog's owner, and the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) filed the complaint on Monday against Anthony Solares for alleged violation of the Animal Welfare Act.
