(UPDATE) EXPELLED Negros Oriental congressman and murder suspect Arnolfo Teves Jr. will not be returning to the Philippines anytime soon, his lawyer said over the weekend.
In a statement issued Saturday night, Ferdinand Topacio said the detention of Teves was extended by a Timor-Leste court "for another 15 days maximum, or the possible duration of the trial."
