PNP prepares for Teves' custody

FORMER Negros Oriental representative Arnolfo Teves Jr., the alleged mastermind behind the murder of a political rival in 2023, would likely be detained at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame upon his return to the Philippines following his arrest in Timor Leste on Thursday.

The facility houses high-profile detainees accused of non-bailable offenses.
