REPRESENTATIVES of the Philippines, Japan and the United States met during the inaugural session of the Trilateral Vice Foreign Ministers Meeting in Tokyo on Thursday to discuss the merits of a three-way cooperation.

The Philippines was represented by Undersecretary for Bilateral and Asean Affairs Maria Theresa Lazaro, while Japan and the US were represented by Vice Minister Okano Masataka and Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell, respectively.
