IBON chides RBH 7's 'bias' toward foreign investors

The head of economic think tank IBON Foundation said that Resolution of Both Houses (RBH) 7, the House of Representatives' version of Charter change, was unjustly favorable toward foreign investors.

RBH 7, which seeks to amend certain economic provisions of the 1987 Constitution, was passed by the House of Representatives on Wednesday.
