MANILA, Philippines: The widow of slain Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo welcomed the arrest of expelled 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr., the alleged mastermind behind her husband's murder.
Pamplona Mayor Janice Degamo on Thursday night confirmed Teves' arrest by East Timorese police on her Facebook post.
