MANILA Philippines: The Australian and Philippine Navies held a dialogue in Canberra where they addressed strategy and policy issues, particularly on maritime capabilities.
A Philippine Navy (PN) delegation, headed by Vice Commander Rear Admiral Caesar Bernard Valencia, met Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Rear Adm. Jonathan Earley to tackle defense and security issues related to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
