MANILA, Philippines: More than 600 families or over 1,000 individuals were left homeless in a fire that broke out at a two-story residential building in Tondo Manila on Thursday night.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fire started at around 10:34 p.m. and reached fifth alarm at about 11:19 p.m.
